Now in its 27th founding year, our department envisions itself to be the foremost internal medicine Department in Region 4A and 4B by 2025. The program, headed by Dr. Edgardo Faustino as Chairman and Dr. Carolyn Montano as the Executive Training Officer, together with its section chiefs, aims to produce highly competent internists certified by the Philippine Specialty Board of Internal Medicine.
